I recently ordered two pieces of fully-assembled furniture ONLINE from InStyle Furniture. One was the White Haven Tallboy and the other was the New Age Divided Bookcase in Natural. BOTH ITEMS were delivered PROMPTLY - on the day stated and EARLY within the time frame window - which was WONDERFUL. I saved 50% off both items in a SALE. The prices were EXCELLENT. The items arrived in perfect condition and the delivery went very smoothly. My niece said that the tallboy housed her clothes really well with plenty of room to spare. My nephew was impressed with his new bookcase as he could put all of his books in it as well as some other items. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the friendly customer service I received - through telephone calls, text messages and emails. This was the first time I have ordered furniture online and not in person - and I was very happy with the end result. I would absolutely order online from InStyle Furniture again in the future. The website enabled me to browse and shop online with ease. I created screenshots of different pieces of furniture and in varying colours and sent them to my niece and nephew by way of the Messages app - for them to look at and select their favourite. I am shocked at how easy it was for me to order furniture online and have my order delivered with care in a short time frame. That's EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
