 I am writing to you today to share my Instyle experience and give credit where it is due.

Too often these days we only hear about the negative.

My first contact at Instyle was with Hayley over the phone.

I purchased a Display cabinet and then a week later decided to buy a Buffet/Hall Table.

I was fortunate to speak with Hayley on the second occasion.

She was amazing, so helpful, polite & so easy to talk to, she answered all my questions and tolerated my babbling on both occasions. I ordered the display cabinet on the Monday and Hayley advised me I would receive Thursday week. Then she rang me back, she had organized it to be delivered on the Thursday same week ordered, delivery time was completely above my expectations.

I ordered my Buffet on Tuesday and received it the following Tuesday, perfect. A huge THANK YOU to Hayley.

The Gentlemen & Lady who delivered both my pieces were very professional, polite & friendly, they were excellent, a huge THANK YOU to them also.

You have a wonderful team Alex one to be proud of and it reflects on the person in charge.

Further to the above I would like to express how impressed I am with my purchases. I have them in the same room and they match perfectly.

Both items are top quality beautiful pieces at absolutely amazing prices. I am still in awe of the quality for the price and over the moon with both my purchases.

Recently purchased from the Tuggerah store up the coast, and was very impressed with the furniture and the prices are very reasonable. I found this store online, the website is good to look at as well.

Bought my TV and DVD unit from these guys and I absolutely LOVE IT. Great value for money...just love all their furniture. Hoping to buy more in the future, it just doesn't date and I love that it can suit a modern house or a classic style...I've really got my eye on their Camberwell hallstand and just lovin those display cabinets....I will be back...!! Great, lovely staff too...really friendly. 

I have recently bought a couple of items from Instyle Furniture. Their prices were very affordable, especially if you are a first home buyer! Customer service was great, the young man was very helpful towards my partner and I and also helped us to organise a delivery time frame as we were still waiting to move in at that time. I will strongly suggest this company, great prices!

Great furniture and the prices are really reasonable!
I bought my bedroom suite from the Castle Hill Store and paid $1100, compared at the numerous amount of quotes I got from the bigger shops of around 3-4 thousand dollars, for solid timber furniture! Two of my friends and my parents have bought from the same store and all our orders come on time, and delivery was in the evening which was perfect! 

If you are looking for cheap quality Australian wood furniture, it is worth taking a drive to Windsor. Prices are very reasonable, however you may have to wait for some time as pieces are made overseas. Much cheaper than the normal retail furniture outlets.

Bought a dining suite and the sales man there was very heplful and friendly. He told me the dining table and chairs I ordered was instock at a warehouse in Sydney, and I only waited a week for my delivery! Very happy.

Needed some furniture for my office / workshop and found solid timber buffet and bookcase just perfect for what I needed.. I didn't have to pay a fortune for it and I love how solid it is. In the past, I've had chipboard, pine...they don't last. But this is really GREAT VALUE...exactly what I needed. Anywhere else I would pay double...BLOODY FANTASTIC!! 

We ordered table and chairs and coffee tables approx 1 year ago and were so happy with the service and furniture we ordered a buffet again this year. Although this was item was not in stock they have kept us in the loop on delivery time and rang today to let us know it's in and will be delivered next week. Highly recommend Instyle, prices are great, quality great and service fantastic. 

 Exceptional service, kept me in the loop with my order. Staff were extremely helpful and the quality of the goods purchased exceeded my expectations.
